Dear Marriott I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service that made me feel truly valued as a guest. The attention to detail in every aspect of my stay was exceptional - from the beautifully appointed room to the delicious dining experiences. The staff's professionalism and friendliness were remarkable, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout my entire visit. Moreover, the amenities and facilities provided were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Your dedication to maintaining cleanliness and safety during these challenging times is commendable, and it certainly added to the overall peace of mind during my stay. I cannot thank you enough for making my time at your hotel so special. It exceeded all my expectations, and I can genuinely say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Room was good, and the bed was comfortable. The bed side lights are on a sensor and timer, which I found great, if you fall asleep with the lights on. But waking up in the middle of the night and getting out of bed, activates the sensors and turns the lights on, almost in a blinding manner. But not a minus for me. However, I woke up with bites on my legs, and I mentioned it at check out, purely for awareness and for the next guests. A supervisor was called straight away and apologies were presented as well as a % removed from the room cost. This was unexpected, but appreciated.

We had an email from Cynthia prior to arrival confirming our visit and asking about requests & celebrations. All were provided and we were taken care off exceptionally well. Angie at check in also went above and beyond, extended our check out time and making sure we celebrated the end of our trip. The bell staff were very knowledgeable and offering advice on what to do or where to go. The hotel is clean, friendly and hosts all sorts of events. Highly recommend

I did not stay at the hotel. This is booked for the guest visiting from China. He does not speak English. It is convenient as the guest can just walk from the airport. I did try to give him detailed instructions to find the shuttle but he was afraid he might not find the shuttle so he walked to the hotel. He was surprised that nobody was walking on the street at 4 pm in the afternoon.

The pool was great and heated perfectly. There is also a self service laundry which was great to use before heading home so I had less washing to do on my return. The rooms were nice and clean and a decent size. No airport noise which was great. The free shuttle to the airport was super convenient. Great way to finish our 4 week trip through the USA.
